Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and serve as the critical point of escalation for high-level challenges that demand executive attention.
  • Champion the interests of clients while nurturing partnerships that extend beyond the ordinary.
  • Guide engagements with clients by harmonizing strategy, messaging, and delivery for a seamless and impactful experience.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of healthcare information technology (HCIT) client relationship management, sales, business development, or consulting work experience.
