About the Role
This position is responsible for managing an experienced team of HC Coordinators and HC Executives. The role involves providing leadership and coordination of the company's HC functions while formulating HR and IR strategies that align with business objectives. Additionally, the position entails the implementation of new and/or existing HR policies and systems aimed at attracting, motivating, and retaining talent.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment:

  • Oversee manpower planning and recruitment for the Footwear and Fashion Division, encompassing 22 brands.
  • Recruit for senior positions, including Brand Manager, Operation Manager, and Planner.
  • Achieve and manage a 90% fill rate for all brands under portfolio.
  • Organize both overseas and local recruitment drives, managing the Nationality matrix.
  • Prepare and present hiring status reports on a monthly basis.

• Operations:

  • Ensure that disciplinary and performance issues are addressed within 48 to 72 hours.
  • Establish effective communication between staff and department heads regarding company policies and practices.
  • Resolve staff issues efficiently.
  • Oversee the induction process for the group.

• Performance Management:

  • Manage the yearly performance management cycle.
  • Oversee operations within specific regions, such as KSA.
