The Managing Consultant will work with our clients to understand their specific business issues, both internally and externally, and provide solutions to solve specific business issues. They will collaborate with other senior company consultants to offer guidance on a systematic approach to address these issues within the client’s budget and timeframe. The Managing Consultant will provide subject matter expertise through workshops and consulting engagements, assessing a client’s security capabilities and identifying gaps while recommending cost-effective best practices to reduce risk and improve security posture. Having hands-on implementation experience and deep technical knowledge of Security Governance tools is essential for this position.

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic security advisory services and serve as a trusted client advisor.
- Provide workshops and assess clients’ security capabilities in policy, process, technology, and organizational areas.
- Identify gaps in security measures and recommend best practices to enhance overall security management.
- Assist in pre-sales, sales closure, and organize the delivery of security consulting services with local teams.
- Maintain strong communication and presentation skills, capable of leading and facilitating large groups.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- At least 5 years of relevant consulting experience in the Cyber Strategy and Risk domain.
- Experience in security consulting across multiple client verticals, including Financial Services, Public Sector, Technology, Telecommunications, and Manufacturing.
- Depth of knowledge in core security areas such as Security Architecture, Cloud Security, and Compliance with standards like ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
- Strong written skills and comfort working in a project-based, client-serving model.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and shape client expectations effectively.
