About the Role

This role is focused on driving business growth and enhancing market presence through effective market visits, strategic initiatives, and product placement optimization. The individual will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, coordinating with supervisors, and ensuring efficient merchandising activities. A key aspect of the position involves fostering professional relationships, monitoring competitor activities, and contributing to overall business improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain daily coordination with the supervisor.
• Optimize product display space and arrangement.
• Monitor and manage product expiration dates, ensuring expired items are removed from shelves.
• Oversee the movement of products from the warehouse to shelves.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achievement of sales targets.
• Effectiveness of product displays.
• Timeliness in removing expired products.
• Efficiency of product movement and shelf stocking.

Work Experience Requirement

• Previous experience in a Van Sales role within a reputable FMCG industry.

Education Requirement

• Minimum qualification of SSC/HSC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant specialization (UAE DL - Manual).
