Defence Deployed Services are searching for new ‘Mobile’ Field Service Representatives to work across the Combat and Transport product space. This role will initially deploy to either RAF Coningsby or Qatar, dependent upon experience and capability, with a home location in Bristol. The initial period of deployment is for 2 years, with possibilities for extension based on customer requirements, and opportunities to deploy to other locations may arise.

Defence Mobile FSRs are engaged in long-term assignments in collaboration with Global Mobility at customer locations worldwide. A key requirement is the willingness and ability to work in deployment roles both in the UK and overseas, either as a standalone Field Service Representative or as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will help resolve on-wing and deployed maintenance repair and overhaul (MR&O) challenges in the field, aligned with customer contracted services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Putting safety first in all activities
- Proactively identifying customer field support requirements and establishing routes to success to ensure aircraft can continue operations
- Collaborating with the wider Deployed Services function to ensure RA4800 MAA and HSE regulatory compliance during deployments to deliver safe maintenance
- Maintaining customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution
- Building and maintaining customer relationships at various levels across military and other contractor organizations

- Extensive knowledge of aerospace safe maintenance regulations

- Experience of aircraft propulsion (Gas turbine) field maintenance, repair and overhaul (MR&O)
- A commitment to making a difference and shaping the next generation of the company deployed services
- Preferably an RAF or Defence industry aircraft maintenance background with relevant previous signatories or authorisations

To work for the company Defence, candidates must be able to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. The company will support the application for Security Clearance for those without it.
