About the Role
In this position, you will manage the day-to-day activities for social media channels with the goal of establishing long-range objectives. You will be responsible for creating strategies and actions to achieve these objectives while managing active and engaged communities around defined topics. This includes managing long-lead editorial calendars and monitoring online conversations. Your role will also involve participating in online discussions to enhance brand visibility, customer satisfaction, and support for marketing and e-commerce efforts. You will work to establish a positive online presence for the hotel(s) by integrating property-specific and brand messaging in a valuable way for participants. Measuring the impact of the online presence on the hotel’s overall business will be a key part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Communicate using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Read and visually verify information in various formats; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
- License or Certification: None required.

- Proven track record in social media management and engagement.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Experience in content creation and campaigning on social media platforms.
