The company is seeking a Network Administrator for our Sigonella, Italy location. In this role, you will provide technical support to Audio Visual (AV) and Video Teleconference Center (VTC) systems, helping improve operational performance and reduce costs through business process definition, analysis, and the development of technical capabilities. Your responsibilities will include maintaining, troubleshooting, upgrading, and administering AV/VTC and network systems, ensuring all equipment is configured and ready for operation prior to scheduled meetings. Additional duties involve coordinating with stakeholders for installation and maintenance, documenting training materials, and supporting the development of network systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot AV/VTC and network systems.
- Check vendor supportability status for AV/VTC systems, particularly for End Of Life (EOL) and End of Support (EOS) issues.
- Acquire accounts for downloading or upgrading operating systems or firmware.
- Schedule and perform patching or upgrades.
- Manage the configuration and testing of network equipment for meetings.
- Support the design and maintenance of Wide Area Networks (WAN) and Local Area Networks (LAN).
- Test various configurations and ensure they meet service level agreements.
- Act as backup to the Network Administrator and provide additional support as required.
Qualifications:
- Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance required.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II baseline certification.
- High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 8 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant IT experience.
- Hands-on experience in Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
- Ability to troubleshoot Cisco Network switches/hardware and complete DISA STIGs on network devices.
- Up to 10% travel may be required.
- Valid/active U.S. Passport required.
