The Network Administrator will provide technical support to Audio Visual (AV) and Video Teleconference (VTC) systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining, troubleshooting, upgrading, and administering AV/VTC and network systems.
- Monitoring vendor supportability status for AV/VTC and network infrastructure systems, particularly regarding End Of Life (EOL) and End of Support (EOS).
- Managing necessary accounts for downloading or upgrading operating systems and firmware for AV/VTC and network devices.
- Scheduling patching or upgrades during non-user impact times.
- Coordinating with stakeholders for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and administration of AV/VTC and network systems.
- Providing administrative support, including scheduling classified and unclassified meetings and ensuring AV/VTC and network equipment is prepared for operations.
- Supporting the development, configuration, maintenance, and upgrade of WAN, LAN, NAS, SAN, and VPN solutions.
- Implementing and maintaining firewalls and disaster recovery networks.
Qualifications:
- Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Up-to-date DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification.
- High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in IT or Cyber Security; or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience in at least three of the following areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
- Skills in troubleshooting Cisco Network switches/hardware.
- Ability to run ACAS scans and complete DISA STIGs on network devices.
- Valid/active U.S. Passport is required.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
