The company is seeking a Network Administrator for our Sigonella, Italy location. This role is focused on providing technical support to Audio Visual (AV)/Video Teleconference Center (VTC) systems. The successful candidate will contribute to improving operational performance and cost reductions through business process definition, analysis, and the development of technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade, and administer AV/VTC and network systems, sub-systems, and components.
- Monitor AV/VTC and network infrastructure systems for vendor supportability status, especially concerning End Of Life (EOL) and End of Support (EOS) issues, providing necessary recommendations.
- Acquire and maintain accounts for downloading and upgrading AV/VTC and network device operating systems or firmware.
- Schedule and perform patching or upgrades during non-peak hours.
- Coordinate installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrade, and administration of AV/VTC and network systems with stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling classified and unclassified meetings and ensuring necessary configurations for AV/VTC equipment.
- Support the development, design, configuration, and upgrade of Wide Area Networks (WAN), Local Area Networks (LAN), Network Attached Storage (NAS), or Storage Area Networks (SAN).
- Test all designs and configurations against established Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Ensure proper training and documentation support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance required.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Up-to-date DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II baseline certification.
- High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 8 years technical experience in Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related fields, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of relevant IT experience.
- Hands-on experience in three of the following areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
- Ability to troubleshoot Cisco network switches/hardware.
- Ability to run ACAS scans and complete DISA STIG’s on network devices.
- Ability to reconcile vulnerabilities identified during scanning/STIGing.
- Travel may be required up to 10%.
- Valid/active U.S. Passport required.
