Network Engineer

We are seeking a Network Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience. The key responsibilities include:

• Configuring IP Telephone (VoIP) systems.
• Setting up call routing, dial plans, numbering, and voice features.
• Integrating IP telephone solutions with network infrastructure and applications.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving voice quality and service issues.
• Performing system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Conducting testing, validation, and performance tuning of voice services.
• Maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Collaborating with network, IT, and operations teams to ensure service continuity.

Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
