Position

As the GridBeats™ APM NPI Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of multiple R&D projects within the APM product line. Your primary focus will be on day-to-day project management—ensuring that cross-functional teams deliver on time, within scope, and with high quality. You will work closely with product management, engineering, design, and commercial teams to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure seamless execution across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple R&D projects within the GridBeats™ APM program.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, QA, and delivery to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile and SAFe practices.
  • Track and report progress to stakeholders, including product line leadership and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance, quality standards, and release processes.
  • Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and driving process enhancements.

Qualifications

  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on enterprise software development.
  • Proven track record of managing complex R&D projects in Agile environments.
  • Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with industrial operations, asset management, and predictive analytics is a plus.
  • Experience in electrical utilities, smart grid, or industrial IoT is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English (written & oral), knowledge of French a plus.
