Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain customer approval on billing documents to submit to Finance.
- Manage full-cycle credit operations across high-value client portfolios in Kuwait.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and improve cash flow.
- Oversee overdue accounts, negotiate settlements, and escalate disputes as necessary.
- Evaluate customer financial data and credit history to recommend risk-adjusted credit limits.
- Work closely with the Operation Manager and support team to monitor and update accounts receivables and Statements of Account (SOA).
- Ensure the necessary documentation supporting outgoing rental equipment is prepared according to both internal and customer guidelines, obtaining all relevant documentation from customers required for invoicing.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in operations support, credit control, and accounts receivable, preferably within the oil and gas industry in Kuwait.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of invoicing, credit management, and receivables processes.
- Arabic language skills are preferred.
- Must be locally based in Kuwait.
