About the Role
This position involves developing, updating, and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. You will be responsible for preparing detailed baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and resource-loaded schedules. The role requires monitoring project progress across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases, as well as analyzing schedule variances and identifying potential risks to project delivery.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to collect and validate project progress data. Additionally, you will prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and KPI reports. The position includes reviewing contractor and subcontractor schedules and assessing any schedule impacts. Your support will extend to delay analysis, claims preparation, and change management processes, ensuring project milestones are tracked and compliance with contractual requirements is maintained. Participation in project review meetings is expected, where you will provide planning recommendations to optimize project performance.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Primavera P6 is preferred.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5-10 years of planning and scheduling experience in large-scale infrastructure, water treatment, or industrial projects.
- Proven experience working on desalination plant projects (RO, SWRO, MSF, or MED technologies preferred).
- Strong knowledge of EPC project execution and project controls.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in progress measurement, earned value management (EVM), and schedule risk analysis.
