The Product Designer will be part of the Design team within the Digital Office organization at Emirates NBD. This role is responsible for designing digital experiences and flows based on design best practices, design patterns, and principles, while guiding the development of content. The Product Designer will collaborate with a team of multidisciplinary designers, researchers, technologists, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes based on requirements in collaboration with other designers, researchers, and UI engineers within an Agile delivery framework.
- Lead workshops with stakeholders to clarify and refine requirements for design decisions.
- Conduct user testing activities to understand and refine user needs, preferences, and objectives.
- Assess existing digital experiences for UX consistency, information architecture, navigation, and classification.
- Collaborate with other designers and business stakeholders to shape digital experiences.
- Communicate and articulate design decisions, paying close attention to visual details.
- Work closely with front-end engineers to integrate feedback into designs.
- Interact with business analysts and product owners for gathering business requirements and communicating designs.
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media Design, or a similar field.
- Experience with Design Thinking and industry-standard software & prototyping tools.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in financial services and 3 years in a product design role or similar.
- An impressive and varied design portfolio.
- Experience designing assets and markup for the web (HTML5 + CSS3).
- Familiarity with Human Centered Design practices and designing for native app UI.
- Proficiency in sketching and drawing, as well as 3D visualization skills using Cinema 4D or similar tools.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to learn about business practices, including lab research methods, emerging design principles, and user testing tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
