Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for executing and refining strategic product initiatives, playing a crucial role in the product development process within the company. This includes conducting thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive products, effectively shaping the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Execute and refine the respective product vision and strategy for the company.
• Drive innovation by analyzing data and identifying emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities.
• Contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and discovery to implementation.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Perform informed decision-making based on data analysis, product discovery, and various product testing strategies.
• Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.
• Act as a key liaison between product development and other business units.
• Lead scrum ceremonies for the team and create necessary artifacts such as Epics and user stories.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of proven experience in product management within a tech or e-commerce company.
• Preferably 2+ years in the retail or closely related industry.
• Experience and expertise in customer domains, especially regarding loyalty and subscription programs, is preferable.
• Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
