Steward professional development processes such as job families and career paths, competency definitions, learning solutions, assessment, and development plans in order to contribute to raising the technical capability of employees in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Advise Job Family Group Council members and influence staff and interface representatives from other areas of the business.
• Organize and work effectively in a matrix organization with multiple interfaces.
• Encourage and teach others to set development goals and objectives.
• Provide guidance on implementing action plans.

Required Experience and Skills

• Sufficient personal competence and credibility to advise and influence various stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to teach and guide others in professional development.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area of the business.
• Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 10 years in the oil and gas industry.
