Project Interface Manager

As a Project Interface Manager at the company, you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and controlling interfaces in complex projects. Your role will be crucial in creating a transparent picture of project status and providing recommendations for priorities that lead to optimal progress. By anticipating, understanding, and influencing project interfaces, you will positively impact the project's deliveries in terms of time, cost, and quality. You will ensure a smooth flow of information and communication across both internal and external project interfaces. In this position, you will report to a Project Engineering Manager (PEM) while being part of a team that includes Project Engineering Managers (PEM) and Project Interface Managers (PIM).

Qualifications:

• Relevant university degree
• At least 5 years of experience in project management or a similar role
• Experience in large complex projects, preferably in civil engineering
• Confidence in leadership roles and ability to foster long-term relationships
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
• Experience with HVDC and/or PMI/PMP certifications is a plus
