Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- A Master's degree in Management or a related discipline is a plus.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing medium to large-scale projects, particularly within the banking industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
- Knowledge of up-to-date project management techniques and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee budgets.
- Provide regular updates to senior management.
- Integrate industry best practices and work with the Change Management team to address potential challenges.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
