You‘ll Make a Difference By
- Managing multiple MV System, MV Solution & PA SOL Projects within established time, budget, and quality parameters.
- Handling preparation of OGT & NX-Tools+ and factory transfers.
- Overall project planning including project overview, contract structure, detailed planning of work packages, resource planning, scheduling, project documentation, project organization, and interface management.
- Setting up efficient workflows/processes for project controlling and reporting to maintain up-to-date project status.
- Continuously analyzing and monitoring plan fulfilment regarding technical and commercial aspects.
- Identifying early deviations in projects, determining root causes, and managing these deviations effectively.
- Monitoring cash-flow planning and activating appropriate escalation procedures.
- Assessing and documenting project status regularly.
- Keeping customers, management, project teams, and relevant stakeholders informed of project status.
- Identifying additional business opportunities from ongoing projects and the business environment, including relevant customer decision-makers.
- Developing strategies to continue and/or strengthen customer engagement.
- Ensuring strong proposal and contract management throughout the project lifecycle and evaluating impacts of changed requirements or delivery items on costs and project plans.
- Conducting risk assessments related to project influencing factors and managing identified risks.
- Negotiating and documenting changes to requirements and time extensions as necessary.
- Fostering strong customer and stakeholder relations by actively seeking their opinions and suggestions to maintain professional relationships.
- Managing subcontractor engagements and relationships.
- Overseeing project completion, closeout, and acceptance of delivery units and services, including validation, verification, and organized handover to customers and other parties involved.
Your Success is Grounded In
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 5 – 7 years of project execution experience with MV System projects.
- Expert knowledge of configuration of MV Switchgear in NXTOOLS and OGT is a prerequisite.
- Ability to interact with various cultures across different demographics.
- Completion of PMP or certification as a PM with PM@the company is preferable.
- Experience in project management with P&L responsibility within international projects.
- Experience in order execution of system projects with direct interfaces to customers, public authorities, subcontractors, and factories.
- Background in execution, construction, commissioning, engineering (planning, design of MV Equipment, and Protection & Automation systems).
- Proven track record of successfully managing international teams.
