Responsibilities
- Acting as primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle with highly effective communication, handling project requirements, managing contracts, resolving specification issues, providing periodic updates, coordinating with Sales staff, negotiating scope changes (price and delivery), arranging customer-witnessed tests, and coordinating field service activities with the appropriate Service Manager.
- Managing multi-projects portfolio (> 10 projects simultaneously) through various stages of project lifecycle, from purchase order receipt up to commissioning and project closeout.
- Managing and reporting all financial aspects of the project including budgets, costs, margin, invoicing, and receivable collection.
- Developing and maintaining project schedule through collaboration across all functions, monitoring major control points, and ensuring timely completion of critical project milestones.
- Leveraging all existing and future Project Management tools, processes, and QMS procedures to execute projects in the most effective fashion and deliver with high-quality standards.
- Providing daily engagement, leadership, and direction to other functions within the project team to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities for project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in one of engineering/technology fields.
- Minimum 2 years of technical expertise and professional background regarding turbine and generator control technologies involving engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Project Management roles.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- 30% travel required.
