Project Manager HVDC Service

The opportunity involves leading HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) projects, which are essential for sustainable energy transfer over long distances with minimal losses. This role focuses on managing the project team, defining guidelines, allocating tasks, and ensuring project milestones are met. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing performance feedback on allocated resources.
• Defining project plans in collaboration with the Project Controls department, covering scope, financials, scheduling, and risk management.
• Monitoring project progress and resource utilization, including overseeing financial status, invoicing, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
• Identifying and managing project risks while pursuing opportunities.
• Capturing and sharing lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensuring project closure aligns with contractual agreements and managing acceptance with customers.
• Coordinating supply chain resources to procure necessary services, materials, and equipment.
• Acting as the primary contact for the customer and managing project-related issues with stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Upholding company core values of safety and integrity.

Your Background:

• 10+ years of HVDC Project Management and Electrical contracting experience.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor in customer interactions.
• Knowledge of project scheduling, planning, estimation, procurement, and cost control.
• Experience in providing customer-focused solutions.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Clean full driving license and security clearance compliant with BS7858:2019.

Language Requirement:
Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
