Responsibilities

Lead a Wealth Management program focused on Qatar Retail Wealth initiatives and Private Banking (PB) expansion.
Own end-to-end delivery across multiple WM initiatives, structuring programs into clear project plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
Perform hands-on analysis of client journeys, advisory processes, and servicing models to ensure that initiatives deliver tangible improvements in client and advisor outcomes.

Requirements

8+ years of banking and transformation experience with exposure to Retail Banking and/or Wealth Management.
Strong PM delivery discipline with hands-on business analysis capability.
Ability to conduct business analysis to define business and functional requirements and document BRDs, user stories, and process flows that align with revenue outcomes.
