You will lead the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of the Project Quality Management System throughout the various phases including design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning, handover, and the Defects Liability Period. Your coordination will ensure compliance with contractual requirements, approved specifications, applicable standards, and the Client’s quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Project Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and Client quality requirements.
- Review and monitor Project Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, and quality procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all Contract Documents, approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and conduct quality audits, inspections, and reviews.
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports, Corrective Action Requests, and quality improvement actions.
- Monitor quality performance through KPIs and regular reporting.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- Professional quality certification (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control on major hospitality, entertainment, mixed-use, or destination projects.
- Experience with themed entertainment developments highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of international quality standards and construction quality best practices.
- Experience in the GCC region is highly desirable.
Desired Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 principles.
- Strong understanding of construction quality management, inspection procedures, and multidisciplinary quality coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple quality workstreams.
