As a Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the installation of instruments, cabling, junction boxes, and control systems comply with approved drawings and specifications. Your role will involve verifying works against method statements, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and project standards while monitoring calibration, loop checks, and functional testing of instruments. You will prepare detailed inspection reports, maintain calibration certificates, and keep accurate quality records. Identifying non-conformances, issuing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and following up until closure will be essential to your responsibilities. You will work closely with site engineers, QA/QC managers, and subcontractors to resolve any quality issues, ensuring adherence to ISO, IEC, and project-specific QA/QC standards. Additionally, you will conduct inspections safely and in accordance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.

Responsibilities
- Inspect installation of instruments, cabling, junction boxes, and control systems to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Verify works against method statements, ITPs, and project standards.
- Monitor calibration, loop checks, and functional testing of instruments.
- Prepare inspection reports, maintain calibration certificates, and quality records.

- Liaise with site engineers, QA/QC managers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure adherence to ISO, IEC, and project-specific QA/QC standards.
- Conduct inspections safely and in line with HSE requirements.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ QA/QC inspection experience in instrumentation works.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and international codes (IEC, ISO, ASTM).
Certifications (Preferred)
- ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Instrumentation Calibration & Testing Certification.
- Valid Qatar government project approvals.
