Responsibilities:
- Assist the Quality Manager in implementing and communicating the project quality program to the project team.
- Lead initiatives related to People-Based Quality (PBQ), Continuous Improvement, and Best Practices.
- Prepare quality audit checklists and assist in internal and external audits and surveillances of project quality programs.
- Maintain liaison with client quality representatives and support the Quality Manager during audits.
- Monitor quality activities to ensure compliance with approved quality plans and procedures.
- Coordinate and perform inspections and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Conduct root cause analysis and closed-loop corrective action processes.
- Provide training and guidance to project personnel on quality requirements and procedures.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical Engineering).
- ISO 9001:2015 Certified Lead Auditor (IRCA approved) – required.
- Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years in a supervisory role in quality.
- Experience in QA/QC activities across engineering, procurement, and construction phases is essential.
- Familiarity with National Grid (NG) and Saudi Electricity Co (SEC) specifications is preferred.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and ISO standards.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and quality plans.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying key performance quality metrics and proficiency in root cause analysis.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management and presentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is preferred.
