Role & Responsibilities
The RCM Facilitator will play a pivotal role in enhancing asset reliability and operational performance by leading reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) workshops and collaborating with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading RCM workshops and engaging cross-functional teams to identify failure modes, analyze risks, and establish appropriate maintenance strategies.
- Facilitating discussions on functional failures, failure modes, and effects to optimize asset performance and reliability.
- Collaborating with asset managers to develop asset hierarchies and conduct criticality assessments.
- Integrating RCM methodologies into the asset management framework.
- Analyzing historical maintenance and operational data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Training and mentoring maintenance teams, engineers, and other stakeholders in RCM principles and practices.
- Developing training materials and conducting workshops to enhance organizational understanding of reliability engineering.
- Ensuring compliance of all maintenance and reliability initiatives with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Staying updated on advancements in RCM methodologies and oil & gas industry practices.
Requirements
Candidates should possess:
- Advanced certifications in RCM, reliability engineering, or asset management (e.g., CMRP, CRL, ARP).
- Expertise in RCM methodologies, RCA, FMEA, and predictive maintenance tools.
- Proficiency in CMMS platforms such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills to foster collaboration among diverse teams.
- Leadership abilities to mentor and empower team members.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities for addressing complex operational challenges.
