The Regional Account Manager (RAM) in Qatar/Doha will focus on building new clients and growing assigned territories. Responsibilities include formulating selling strategies, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify and target prospects to drive adoption of Trend Micro technologies
  • Increase market share in the defined territory
  • Develop market strategies for products and services
  • Connect with CIO/CISO to create opportunities
  • Work with stakeholders to present value propositions
  • Attain revenue goals per quarter
  • Develop relationships with technology partners
  • Document account information in Salesforce
  • Communicate relevant information to stakeholders
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Consult customers on cybersecurity initiatives
  • Lead and support client meetings
  • Participate in account review meetings

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Account Management certification such as SPIN or TAS preferred
  • Sales and Security certifications
  • Experience in commercial sector account management
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and trends
  • Growth-oriented mindset
  • Ability to network and build strong relationships
  • Excel in presenting business value propositions
