The successful candidate will assist with assessments, engage in customer follow-ups, and attend events such as open days while collaborating closely with teachers, coaches, and operational teams to achieve sales targets.
Key Objectives
- Constantly review and improve the sales process.
- Present, promote, and sell services using pre-defined marketing plans, offers, and programs to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Reach out to existing and prospective customer leads through calls.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timeframes.
- Analyze market potential, track sales, and prepare status reports.
- Track customer needs, concerns, interests, and potential opportunities for new products and services.
- Keep up to date with best practices and promotional trends and continuously improve through feedback.
- Coordinate with teachers and coaches to ensure all targets are met.
- Carry out all other duties related to the role.

Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or another qualification related to the field.
Desired Experience
- Proven experience in a sales-related field with administration and customer service responsibilities.
- Background in the sports and leisure industry.

- High level IT skills including use of a CRM system.
- Customer service and relationship management skills.
- Interest in sports with a general understanding of the industry in the UAE.
