We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive AWS-led growth for the company Consulting in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on building senior client relationships, shaping opportunities, and executing joint go-to-market initiatives with AWS across priority KSA accounts.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with CXO and senior executive stakeholders across public and private sector clients.
  • Own AWS go-to-market activity for assigned KSA accounts, aligned to joint company–AWS account plans.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop AWS-led consulting opportunities, from early shaping through to contract closure.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients on cloud, GenAI, and business transformation agendas.
  • Partner closely with AWS field teams, solution architects, and company delivery leaders to build differentiated value propositions.
  • Drive pipeline growth, opportunity governance, and accurate forecasting in line with agreed targets.
  • Support AWS-funded initiatives including proof-of-concepts, pilots, and joint marketing activities.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Proven ability to develop and progress innovative solutions that drive significant business impact for clients.
  • Established track record of fostering strong relationships with senior executives, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a consulting organization and with key alliance partners.
  • Deep understanding of how to design and develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of strategic clients.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving growth and identifying new opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience building and managing CXO-level client relationships.
  • Strong background in business development or consulting sales within AWS or cloud-based solutions.
  • Solid understanding of AWS services and enterprise cloud transformation use cases.
  • Demonstrated success selling complex consulting or technology solutions.
  • Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills, and opportunity-shaping capability.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

  • Experience with key alliance partners, shaping and delivering differentiated value propositions.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Experience driving digital transformation initiatives using technology to deliver high-value solutions.

Travel Required:

  • Up to 80% or 4 days a week (home on weekends - based on project requirements)
