A Little Taste of Your Day-to-Day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Driving corporate sales and achieving revenue targets
- Developing new corporate business and key accounts
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Conducting sales calls, client visits, and site inspections
- Negotiating corporate rates, contracts, and business opportunities
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
- Working with Revenue Management to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Representing the hotel at networking events and industry activities
What We Need From You
- Proven hotel sales experience, preferably at Sales Manager level
- Strong knowledge of the GCC corporate market
- Established corporate network is an advantage
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent business development and account management skills
- Proactive, commercially minded, and results-driven
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
