Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct timely inspections of outlets to ensure optimal stock availability
- Identify lucrative market opportunities to drive business expansion
- Manage and optimize cheque collections efficiently
- Proactively initiate business improvement strategies
- Demonstrate robust sales knowledge within the FMCG industry
- Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activities vigilantly
- Achieve challenging targets set by team leaders
- Coordinate daily with managers to refine operational strategies
- Meet monthly sales targets, ECO distribution targets, and track display objectives
- Maintain the Store Planogram for optimal visual appeal
- Liaison daily with merchandisers to provide comprehensive updates
- Facilitate product listing and ensure 100% distribution coverage
- Strategically place assets in prime locations for maximum visibility
- Track GRVs within stipulated budget constraints and utilize trade budget effectively.
KPIs
- Targets related to sales, distribution, and operational efficiency will be a key focus.
Work Experience Requirement
- Previous experience in a sales role within a reputable FMCG industry
- SSC/HSC qualification is required
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree with relevant specialization (UAE DL-Manual)

- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies in the FMCG sector.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
