Sales Specialist - Bearings (SKF Experience Preferred)

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist – Bearings to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial bearing sales, customer relationship management, and business development. Experience with SKF products will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Promote and sell bearing products and related solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on orders.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and growth objectives.
• Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial bearing sales.
• SKF or other product knowledge and experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of bearings, power transmission products, and industrial applications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid driving license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
