Your Future Role
- Play a critical role in change management, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of SAP Payroll systems.
- Support the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees across multiple jurisdictions.
- Effectively communicate with clients to ensure smooth operations and address any issues.
- Follow all applicable client and regulatory requirements for data protection and compliance.
- Identify, design, and execute continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
- University degree.
- Experience in Payroll Operations.
- Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Familiarity with the Workday system.
- Analytical skills, attention to details, energetic and proactive approach to achieving goals, team working skills, good work organization.
Nice to Have
- Prior technical experience in payroll operations.
- Knowledge of German payroll systems.
- Proficiency in German language.
