About the Role
You’ll lead delivery of security services for clients in Kuwait, managing SOC, threat detection and response, and security operations programs from inception to completion. You’ll utilize a global delivery network and adapt it to meet specific client needs, whether it's a bank adhering to CBK cyber resilience standards, an energy company protecting critical infrastructure, or a government entity ensuring compliance with national cybersecurity requirements. You will be the trusted advisor for clients during complex delivery situations and the go-to leader for your team.

What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cyber defense and operations engagements, taking ownership of scope, quality, risk, and outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with client executives and stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals as programs evolve.
- Implement delivery governance across multiple teams and workstreams, addressing cross-functional issues effectively.
- Elevate the quality of delivery through quality assurance practices to identify problems early and maintain consistent service levels.
- Continuously improve delivery processes by reducing inefficiencies, enhancing speed, and optimizing operations.
- Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Review engagement outcomes regularly to integrate lessons learned into future approaches.
- Stay informed on threat trends, regulatory changes in Kuwait and the GCC, and emerging practices, proactively bringing insights to clients.
What You Bring
- Deep, hands-on experience in delivering security services at scale, with a strong command of delivery governance.
- Proven track record in leading large, multi-team security programs while making critical decisions under pressure.
- Strong advisory and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge senior client stakeholders when necessary.
- Solid understanding of security quality assurance principles.
- Working knowledge of Splunk SIEM operations is a strong plus.
- Experience in the GCC market with familiarity in regional regulatory expectations.
Preferred Certifications
- CISSP or CISM (at least one required).
- PMP or equivalent delivery/program management certification.
- Splunk Core Certified Power User or Splunk Enterprise Security Certified Admin.
- Nice to have: CISA, CRISC, GCIH, or GCIA.
Travel and Contract Information
- Stability: This role is expected to be a long-term position that allows for close engagement with client operations.
- Travel may be required depending on client needs and project specifications.
