Job Description:
- Manage the global business development and marketing operations, focusing on improving strategic business plan execution, internal service delivery, policies and process optimization, and team performance enhancement.
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt and implement global strategies, ensuring alignment with local market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
- Manage, monitor, and evaluate budgets ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Drive initiatives to optimize customer journeys and experiences, leveraging data analytics and customer insights.
- Champion innovation and technology adoption to enhance operational efficiency, agility, and performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in BDM operations, strategic planning, team development in a financial services or legal organization.
- Strong leader with the ability to work collaboratively and independently in a demanding environment.
- Superior communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders and senior business development and marketing leadership.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Outstanding problem-solving and critical thinking abilities addressing operational and business challenges effectively.
- Expertise in data analytics, process optimization, and technology integration.
- Change management experience would be a bonus.
- Advanced MS Excel expertise for data visualization and analysis.
