Job Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various digital platforms, including social media, corporate presentations, advertisements, and internal communications.
- Develop engaging and innovative animated content that aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing strategists, content creators, and video production teams to deliver visually compelling multimedia content.
- Edit and enhance video footage by integrating motion graphics, typography, sound design, and visual effects.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all motion-based content, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Brainstorm and conceptualize creative storytelling techniques to enhance the effectiveness of video content.
- Develop storyboards, mood boards, and style frames for motion graphics projects.
- Utilize 3D animation, kinetic typography, and compositing techniques to create visually stunning motion pieces.
- Work closely with internal teams, including designers, videographers, and marketing managers, to develop and execute motion design projects efficiently.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, software, and emerging technologies to bring innovation to projects.
- Ensure all motion graphics and videos are optimized for different digital platforms (social media, web, presentations, etc.).
- Maintain a well-organized digital asset library for motion design elements and templates.
Job Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Expertise in motion design, kinetic typography, 2D & 3D animation, and video editing.
- Experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of color grading, lighting, and visual composition.
- Knowledge of audio editing and sound design for motion graphics.
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.
Job Experience
- Minimum 5 years working experience, with 3 years relevant working experience and 2 years of GCC experience being a plus.
