Senior Director

About the Role
You will lead end-to-end site masterplanning for large-scale, multi-venue mega events. Your responsibility will be to transform the client’s high-level vision into a comprehensive implementation plan for each event cycle. This plan will encompass venue footprint, infrastructure, resources, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a large multidisciplinary planning team by allocating design, drafting, and food & beverage planning work.
• Ensure delivery is on track and act as the client’s single point of accountability for performance and output.
• Personally develop masterplans, zoning, dimensioned layouts, and end-to-end visitor journeys.
• Conduct needs assessments, feasibility and validation studies, and benchmark against comparable global events to devise optimal solutions for each site.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership, effectively integrating requirements from marketing, sponsorship, talent, media, and operations into a coherent site plan.

Requirements

• Senior Director grade with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record with at least two complete delivery cycles of events of comparable scale (mega-event, multi-venue, mega sporting event).
• Experience in personally producing venue master planning, zoning, dimensioned layouts, and end-to-end visitor journeys.
• Ability to integrate stakeholder requirements from marketing, sponsorships, influencers, and players.
