Job Purpose
Responsible to improve organizational and functional processes, policies, and dashboard towards Operational Excellence and establish a continuous improvement culture to help design, develop, and lead the implementation of Operational Excellence methodology, philosophy, concepts, and tools in the company.

Key Accountabilities

  • Actively participate in the creation and maintenance of the overall vision, roadmap, and modeling for Operational Excellence tools and Lean Six Sigma.
  • Work with all functional business areas to develop and maintain a wide BCM program that addresses business recovery and emergency response management.
  • Identify improvement areas and provide development suggestions for changes in the Degrees of Implementation system in all sites across Business Groups to support a unique format in line with best practices.
  • Develop and deploy a standard calculation mechanism for each lever with sign-off.
  • Ensure the calculation mechanism is adhered to with random checks from time to time.
  • Develop and monitor Degrees of Implementation Program success factors and establish Critical Success Factors per Affiliate.
  • Liaise with performance team to establish KPIs for targets related to Degrees of Implementation per Affiliate per business.
  • Install processes to measure the effectiveness of the Continuous Improvement system.
  • Promote performance excellence principles and a continuous improvement culture.
  • Manage alignment and communication between business PMOs, affiliate finance, and Affiliate leadership.
  • Partner with affiliate & central finance to validate and verify saves.
  • Continuously monitor engagement and involvement of employees across the Affiliate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or Finance or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of actual hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent improvement and/or operational excellence programs.

Skills

  • Depth knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and LSS Process management.
  • Demonstrated teaching, facilitation, mentoring, and coaching abilities.
  • Excellent project management skills.
