Job Responsibilities
- Manage and control all services, operational activities, and deliveries of an assigned service contract/department/section or geographical operational area, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, and Civil Engineering works.
- Motivate and lead subordinates to maximize productivity while maintaining a high level of morale.
- Create and develop yearly preventive maintenance schedules to keep equipment and facilities in optimum operational condition.
- Oversee building and grounds maintenance.
- Supervise the quality of work to ensure tasks are performed correctly and efficiently.
- Supervise multi-disciplinary teams including cleaning, maintenance, grounds, and security staff.
- Ensure security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented.
- Manage and review service contracts.
- Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
- Implement and communicate workplace safety precautions to employees.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Engage in general business development activities to expand the client portfolio.

Job Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.

Education
