Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and leadership to maintenance technicians.
- Conduct quality control inspections of all aspects of facilities management.
- Develop and deliver preventive maintenance programs.
- Oversee both personnel and equipment to ensure efficient operations of the facility.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot building systems and equipment.
- Act as an ambassador for safety within the team and promote safe working practices across the site.
- Support technicians by offering motivation, knowledge sharing, and hands-on experience.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships across all organizational levels.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance individual performance.
- Prioritize and manage resources under high-pressure situations.
- Execute internal and external audit processes for certifications and compliance.
- Continually evaluate processes and suggest improvements to enhance regional operational efficiencies and client service.
- Manage Move, Add, Change, and space management operations for the assigned region.
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer requests by assigned team.
Job Knowledge
- Demonstrates proficiency in leadership, resilience, and quality control practices.
- Expertise in building maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspection procedures.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and reporting practices.
- Ability to leverage AI fluency in maintenance tasks and procedures.
Job Experience
- Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or in a similar role is required.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related Engineering course or any related field, or a diploma in a relevant discipline.
