Senior Network Administrator

We are currently looking for a Senior Network Administrator for our Qatar operations. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Experience of 5 to 10 years or more is typically required, with several years in a banking network environment and security roles essential before advancing to a senior position.

Responsibilities

• Strong expertise in networking, routing, and security technologies is necessary.
• Hands-on experience in implementing and managing NAC solutions, firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS, and Cisco ISE to ensure a secure and efficient IT infrastructure is required.
• NAC and Firewall exposure is essential; familiarity with Avanti Pulse Secure or Aruba Clear Pass is preferred.

Certifications

• Networking Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) are required.
• Certifications like CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ can also provide valuable foundational knowledge.
• Security Certifications: Security-focused certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are highly regarded.
