Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Operational Resilience activities, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), plan maintenance, testing, simulation exercises, incident monitoring, and remediation activities.
- Assist in maintaining, updating, and validating Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) to identify critical business services, systems, recovery priorities, and dependencies.
- Participate in coordinating recovery and restoration activities during business disruption incidents under the guidance of management.
- Coordinate with business units to identify changes in business operations, systems, vendors, and processes that may impact operational resilience requirements.
- Assist in the review and update of operational resilience documentation, procedures, and records to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Support business units by providing guidance and assistance on operational resilience requirements, plans, and testing activities.
- Assist in the execution and documentation of resilience testing exercises and follow up on identified observations and action plans.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and management information related to operational resilience activities.
- Maintain records and documentation related to operational resilience, business continuity, and incident management activities.
- Support document and procedure control activities to ensure consistency of the Operational Resilience Program.
- Participate in offsite operational resilience activities and provide support during incidents when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
