Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and market opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch and beyond.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams for seamless execution.
• Prioritize product backlog and manage project timelines.
• Utilize A/B testing, user research, and market analysis for product improvement.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
• Serve as a key communicator, articulating the product vision and progress to stakeholders.

Who You Are

• Experience: 3+ years in product management or equivalent.
• Agile Expertise: Strong background in Agile management practices and Scrum methodologies.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• User Research Skills: Proficient in basic user research skills.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic environments.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Finance, or Marketing.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential.
