Senior Program Manager - Core Banking

About the Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead our operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in program management, preferably with a strong background in financial software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of multiple programs to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software solutions effectively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, facilitating communication and reporting on progress.
• Monitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Guide and mentor team members to foster skill development and performance improvement.

Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in program management, particularly with TEMENOS and FLEXCUBE software.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale software implementation projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
