Qualifications:
- Personality: Enthusiastic and creative team player with a willingness to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment; assertive and analytical.
- Working Style: Quality-oriented with an independent working style; clear and stakeholder-oriented communication.
- Experience and Knowledge: Deep knowledge of mixed signal ASIC design and semiconductor processes; minimum 5 years of professional experience in IC development and several years of experience leading a team in technical projects.
- Languages: Proficient in English (C1) and advanced German (B1) language skills are beneficial.
- Education: M.Sc. / Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering / Physics or comparable qualification.
