Responsibilities:
- Champion safety practices and uphold the company’s safety first values.
- Blend main contracting and consultancy experience with strong stakeholder management.
- Lead hands-on project and construction management, ensuring on-site delivery and commercial performance of complex infrastructure works.
- Coordinate technical services, external resources, and project teams for the client.
- Collaborate with contractors, sub-contractors, design teams, and stakeholders.
- Manage procurement, design, project brief, fees, claims, and variations.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation to meet programme milestones.
- Maintain robust quality systems and oversee documentation and handover processes.
- Drive best practice, actively network, and utilise expertise from the company.
Requirements:
- Degree in civil engineering, construction management (or equivalent).
- Professional membership (e.g., MCIOB or equivalent).
- Middle East experience is an advantage.
- Major project experience is essential.
- Main Contractor experience exceeding £250 million.
- Consultancy experience exceeding £1 billion.
