About the Job:
The Senior Strategic Alliances Analyst will play a pivotal role in unlocking value from existing or new alliances. Key responsibilities include opportunity identification, business case approval, project implementation, and ongoing creation of new value. The analyst will support the line manager in preparing and monitoring the annual budget while ensuring compliance with Alliance and Partnerships requirements. This role also involves leading and coordinating work streams across various business areas, providing support for the promotion, management, and organization of all Strategic Alliances initiatives with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Unlock value from alliances through opportunity identification and project implementation.
- Identify top-line and bottom-line opportunities and coordinate implementation across all business areas including Passenger operations, Cargo, Procurement, and Technical teams.
- Lead and coordinate meetings and working groups internally and externally.
- Analyze Alliance and Partnership performance and KPIs, offering insights for enhancement.
- Manage the seasonal codeshare approval process in compliance with aviation authority requirements.
- Handle ad-hoc alliance requests from various divisions such as Sales, Distribution, and Network Planning.
- Ensure timely delivery of all partnership projects and manage the project tracking process.
About You:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or equivalent, corporate planning experience, management consulting experience, and project management experience.
Essential Job Specific Skills:
- Deep understanding of commercial aviation, strategic planning, and business management.
- Strong command of written and spoken English is essential.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Excel for detailed analysis and capable of producing management-ready presentations in PowerPoint.
- Ability to engage and influence peers at all levels across the business.
- Willingness to travel and work long hours when required.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of commercial aviation economics and analysis/modeling techniques.
- Statistical analysis experience with tools such as SAS, SQL, or Oracle is a plus.
