Senior Telecom/Collab Admin

We are currently looking for a Senior Telecom/Collab Admin for our Qatar operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Communications Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Telecom Systems support. Experience in financial institutions is a plus.
• Professional training on the relevant systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Self-driven with well-developed leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficient in IP Telephony systems, including PSTN / PRI / SIP telephony lines, ADSL lines, voice recording systems, and video conferencing systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Handles efficiently & effectively the bank’s Telecom systems and services that extend to all users.
• Maintains relationships with selected vendors for Telecom hardware & software for proper handling & support of telecom equipment/services.
• Maintains effective relationship with all other related departments & units to achieve the Group’s goals & objectives in Telecom systems availability & monitoring.
