Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase the company's portfolio.
- Develop and maintain relationships with facility management companies, real estate companies, and government stakeholders in Kuwait.
- Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to generate new contracts.
- Demonstrate exceptional closing skills to secure deals and contracts.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Utilize technical knowledge of elevators to inform and support sales efforts.
- Navigate and work on tenders to secure contracts.
- Manage contract renewals, ensuring timely and successful negotiations.
- Prepare and submit repair proposals, ensuring thorough follow-up and closure.
- Monitor and achieve monthly and quarterly targets for contract renewal, repairs, and capturing new contracts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, specifically within the Kuwait market.
- Familiarity with facility management companies, real estate companies, and government stakeholders.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to perform cold calling and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Technical background in elevators is required.
- Experience in working on tenders is essential.
