About the Role
We are seeking a skilled SketchUp Specialist / 3D Visualizer to join our creative and media operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D models, visualisations, layouts, and presentations to support various creative projects, including advertising campaigns, event setups, exhibition stands, retail displays, and interior spaces. The ideal candidate should have strong technical modelling skills, a good understanding of spatial design, attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts and briefs into high-quality 3D visuals.

Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D models, layouts, and visualisations using SketchUp.
- Develop 3D concepts for exhibition stands, event setups, promotional spaces, retail displays, interiors, and advertising installations, as required.
- Interpret design briefs, sketches, drawings, references, and measurements to produce accurate 3D representations.
- Prepare realistic views, renders, and presentation materials to communicate design concepts clearly.
- Coordinate with designers, art directors, creative teams, project coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements.
- Revise models and visualisations based on feedback, design changes, and client requirements.
- Ensure accuracy in dimensions, proportions, materials, finishes, and spatial arrangements.
- Prepare design files and supporting visuals for presentations, approvals, and production where required.
- Maintain organised project files, model libraries, and documentation.
- Manage multiple assignments and meet agreed deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Stay updated on 3D visualisation tools, rendering techniques, and design trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in SketchUp, 3D modelling, visualisation, or spatial design.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, 3D Design, Visualisation, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp and 3D modelling techniques.
- Experience preparing professional 3D presentations and visualisations.
- Knowledge of materials, textures, lighting, dimensions, and spatial planning.
- Familiarity with rendering tools such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, or other relevant design tools is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, measurements, and design briefs.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in exhibition stand design, event and stage setups, retail displays, or promotional installations.
- Understanding of practical fabrication and installation requirements.
- Ability to produce high-quality, presentation-ready 3D visuals.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant 3D modelling and visualisation projects.
Working Conditions
The position is based in Doha, Qatar. Flexibility may be required to meet project deadlines, support site visits, and coordinate with project teams during busy production periods.
